Jim and Wenda Starr own and operate Starr Resources, Inc. dba Starr Custom Homes, a residential construction company in Greenville, SC.  They started this company in 1995 shortly after getting married.  Both Jim and Wenda went to college at Bob Jones University; Jim getting an Associates degree in Construction and Wenda earning a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Marketing Management.  Both Jim and Wenda are licensed SC Residential Builders.  Jim’s drive, vision, and talent combined with Wenda’s business expertise and attention to detail make them the perfect power couple to complete your remodeling project or build your dream home.
